Refund policy

If an incorrect item has been delivered or the product arrives damaged, we will accept returns.

Please note that minor box deformation or small cosmetic damage to packaging or containers that does not affect product use is not eligible for exchange.

We are unable to provide compensation for damage that occurs after the product has been delivered.

Replacement items will be shipped only after the returned product has been received by our company.

Cancellations after purchase confirmation are generally not accepted.
